cloth sailboat

the newest among my collection and was given by my sister from london.  the sail is made of canvas cloth and the boat is made of painted wood.

i bought these from a trade fair at megamall. this is the smallest and that time the only one i can afford. the sail is made of sack cotton cloth and the boat is mad of light wood.

i changed the sails in the above sailboat and came up with this vinta boat. vintas are seen in the southern mindanao. the sails are usually made of very colorful silk sails. i used a shiny cloth similar in design to vinta sails.

i bought these from giftgate 20 years ago. there are actually 3 of them but that was christmas shopping time and i do not have enough money to buy the 3. when i came back all were sold out. the sail is made of canvas cloth and the boat itself is made of plaster of paris
