shell boats

i got this from a trade fair. it's 8" in height and 6" in width. the sail is made of abalone shells.



i bought this one in cebu. as much as i wanted to buy a bigger one, i think, it will just be crushed in my baggage. 

the sails are made of turtle shells and the boat is made of narra. this was given to me by a friend.

a tourist souvenir. this is made of water buffalo horn.
